  • What’s the difference between Fudokan and other styles of Karate?

Fudokan karate – one of the most modern and increasingly popular karate style, the official founding date is 1980. Fudokan style is combined of  modern sport karate techniques and the old traditional styles of karate, such as Shotokan, Goju-ryu, wado-ryu, Shito-ryu techniques features.

  • What is the difference between training courses in Karate Academy compared to other clubs?

We have cascade training, same as in the school, where after graduation from one class you get to the next level. Children and youth are trained by Karate Academy instructors, who have higher education.

  • How often do you have competitions and championships?

Club “Karate Academy” athletes not only actively participate in sporting events (at least 2-4 competitions per year), but also organizes their own events. These events are recurring and are well known outside of Lithuania:” Winter Cup”, ” karate masters Fudokan League”, ” Karate Academy preference”.

  • How to choose a training group? what should be taken into consideration?

Groups are divided by age and skill level.  We will advice you depending on your skill level and your preferences.

  • What groups there are?

Kids from 4.5 to 14 years go to the first step and advanced groups.
Adults and teenagers attend self-defense and Karate Academy professionals group.
